I called in to get my vehicle shoveled out, I reached a gentleman by the name of Ari. He was very sensitive to our issue and went out his way to provide a solution. On this particular night Ari solution was to get a shovel and drive 30 minutes to our area to shovel our vehicle out. Where he cleaned off the car and shoveled out all around the car so I could get to work in the morning. After the recent snow storm, I spent about 7 hours calling around to get my vehicles shoveled out.  I either received no reply or they said they were coming and stopped communicating.
